Types of Workspaces – Yarvyn Support

Workspace contains multiple Validation Acts.

My Workspace is a personal workspace available under every subscription plan. It’s a space for the current user to safely create Validation Acts that only this user can view and edit. Every user has their personal workspace (except for Read-only user in the Enterprise plan).

For the Basic Subscription plan, only the Personal Workspace is available and the user can create/edit Validation Acts there.

Under the Business / Enterprise subscription plan, it is possible to create custom workspaces and share them with other users (Collaborators).

Any custom Workspace can be of two types:

Organization Public Workspace
This type will be shared with all users in an organization automatically, i.e., available to all Members of the Organization (even those invited to the Organization after the Workspace was created) without the need to explicitly share the workspace with them. All Members will have a “User” collaborator role unless they will be explicitly assigned a different role.

Organization Workspace
By default, this type of Workspace is available only to the user who created it and whoever they added as a Collaborator. Any member of the Organization can be added as a Collaborator. Also, any user of the Yarvyn app can be added as a Collaborator and assigned any privilege. They don’t need to be part of the same Organization, as long as this person has a valid Yarvyn user account, lookup by username (Email) is possible.
