Types of Users and Their Privileges

Basic Subscription Plan

User can create / edit Validation Acts in their personal Workspace.

Business / Enterprise Subscription Plan

All following types of users are Members of an Organization in this case. Each Member requires a single license except for the Read-only user which is available only in the Enterprise subscription plan. Enterprise Subscription plan can have unlimited number of the Read-only users.

User

• Can create / edit Validation Acts in their personal Workspace
• Can create / edit Validation Acts in Organization Workspaces where they are assigned as a Collaborator with the “User” privilege

Organization admin

• Can edit details about Organization
• Can invite new members to the Organization (by email)
• Can create / edit / deactivate Workspaces
• Can assign collaborators to a Workspace

Enterprise Subscription plan only:

Read-only

• Enterprise subscription plan has unlimited number of read-only users. A read-only user can only view Validation Acts, they can't create or edit them. The organization admin can let a read-only user view VAs in any of the organization workspaces.
