Share Workspace with others

Only custom Workspaces can have Collaborators. Custom Workspaces are available under the Business / Enterprise subscription plans only.

Roles of the collaborators are:

• Read-only - Can only display Validation Act content and results.
• Approval requests - User with this role essentially has read-only access, but in addition, they can move Validation Acts that have the status waiting for approval to this workspace.
  
• User - Can create / edit Validation Acts.
  
• Manager - Can create / edit / archive (sign) Validation Acts. This role is available only to Enterprise plan users.
